Cancellation Policy

Please note that any requests for changes or cancellations of an order should be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, it may not be possible to modify or cancel the order, as it might have already entered the processing stage. However, if you manage to cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so after the 14-day period, within the 30-day window covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our items to minimize the risk of damage during transit. An item is deemed damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. However, any damage to the packaging, such as dented boxes while the product remains unharmed, is not considered as item damage.
If your item arrives damaged, kindly inform us within 72 hours of receiving it. You can report the damage by emailing us at contact@runnya.com, along with a clear image showing the damage. We will assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Please note, we do not provide refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items that have been damaged due to regular use, wear, tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

Although we aim to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held liable for any shipping or delivery delays beyond our control. This includes delays caused by couriers, customs, or any other shipping-related issues. If you encounter any problems with your shipment, please reach out directly to the courier for help. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address during checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
