Incorrect or incomplete details may result in processing delays or order cancellations. If any address issues are automatically detected, our support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of placing the order. If no response is received within this time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Please note that RUNNYA is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. However, we will always strive to keep you informed about your order's status and assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience a lost or stolen package during shipping. However, once the package is handed over to our courier partners, it is beyond our control.
In case your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to file a claim. Most couriers have a process for handling such claims and may require additional details from you.
Please be aware that RUNNYA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these situations are not covered by our refund policy. However, we will make every effort to help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, if the package is not recovered or delivered, we may offer a replacement.
In some instances, the courier may be able to locate and deliver the package. If it cannot be found, we suggest filing a police report.
